   At first I was skeptical about online lesson. Because of pandemic, I gave it a try. Surprisingly, it's beyond my expectation. Online lesson brings more benefits. School provides recording for each session, not only we can review the lesson, we can also see/listen how was our performance/speak during the lesson. And we dont need to worry to miss the class if we're travelling a lot (like my case). The cost is also relatively cheaper compare with other tuition. I would also like to give 2 thumbs up to Lee Jeeeun 선생님. She is so patient, very clear in explaining the lesson, so attentive and gives a lot of information. For the school, maybe the administrative part can be improved. I’d definitely recommend HANA Korean if you want to learn Korean. 감사합니다!

   Well-structured and user-friendly books/audio lessons in the curriculum. Teacher Jeeeun is patient and encouraging as she guides us along, always willing to answer our queries or clear up parts of the lesson which we don't understand. The Zoom class size is just right, allowing for maximum participation. I would highly recommend Hana Korean to all who are keen to learn this interesting language.

   Enjoyed the Beginner 1 lessons so far and I like the use of images to make it easier to remember the korean alphabets! Ms Areum Kim is also patient and gets all learners to participate so we all have the chance to practise. Update on 18 Jul 22: Continued with Beginner 2 at Hana Korean via zoom lessons. Really glad that the school offer zoom lessons else it will be hard for me to find time to go for in person classes. Taught by Ms Jeeeun for this class and she is very nice and patient too!

   I have been taking my beginner Korean lessons with 지은선생님. She is a very patient and approachable teacher. So far the experience has been pleasant and the recorded zoom lessons are very helpful for me to do my revisions after the lessons. It is a breeze to be able to take the classes from home as well! Highly recommend Teacher John Park at Hana Korean Language School! Learning Korean can be intimidating, but John made every single class fun, engaging, and highly interactive. He was incredibly patient with the entire class and always took the time to explain difficult grammar points until everyone understood. His creative teaching style kept the lessons interesting, and his supportive attitude created a wonderful environment for practising speaking and writing Korean. Thank you John, for making my Korean language learning journey so enjoyable!

I’ve really enjoyed learning Korean in the class under John Park 선생님. The teacher is encouraging and explains everything clearly. After taking the class for 3 months, I genuinely feel that I improved my Korean improved a lot. I’m now much more confident with reading, basic conversations, and understanding grammar that used to feel difficult. I recommend this class to anyone who wants to improve their Korean!

It was a very unpleasant experience signing up for lessons with this school. I attended the first lesson but had to miss the second, third, and fourth lessons due to a work trip. I was initially told that videos would be provided for the lessons I missed. However, despite my repeated messages, I received no response for weeks. When they finally got back to me, I was told I had to pay $54.50 for the videos! How ridiculous is that?? I had no choice but to agree, but once again there was no reply. Three weeks later, after I followed up again, I was informed that the videos would expire within a few days. I couldn't understand how I was expected to complete 9 videos in such a short time. To their credit, they extended my access by one week. I then requested just three more days because the access period ended before the weekend, when I actually had time to watch them. They agreed but said that the videos would be gradually deleted. After I made the payment and finally received access, six of the videos were deleted just two days after the expiry date. When I asked why, I was told their storage was full and the videos had to be deleted. The school offered either a refund of the $54.50 or videos from another class. When I chose the latter, they said they could not provide them due to the privacy of other students, so they refunded the fee instead. While I appreciate the refund, I ended up paying for lessons that I never got to learn from. The entire experience was frustrating due to the poor communication, long delays in responding, and inflexible policies. This has been the most disappointing experience I've had with a training school in Singapore.

It was really good and I had Mr. John as my teacher. I was able to improve my korean speaking and reading skills through this class a lot!
