We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use Base44 to host this website and manage enrolments, HitPay to process website payments, and email services to communicate about classes. We also use the analytics services described below.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing john@crystal.com.sg.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses essential browser storage for functions such as signing in. Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics and Google advertising tags, Microsoft Clarity for behavioural analytics, and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. These services may use cookies and send website usage data to Google, Microsoft and Meta.

We use Matomo at analytics.hanakorean.com.sg to measure visits to public pages without Matomo cookies. We disable browser feature detection, mask two parts of IP addresses and respect Do Not Track for Matomo. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments, and referrers are limited to their origin. We do not send form contents, personal contact details, user IDs or order IDs to Matomo.

We schedule deletion of Matomo raw records older than 90 days and detailed reports older than 24 months. Basic metrics and monthly and yearly reports may be retained longer. Cookieless visit and visitor counts are estimates.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information using industry-standard security practices. Website payments are processed through HitPay; we do not store your card details in this website.
