Withdrawal must be given in writing. Refunds are 75% of fees paid for notice more than 60 days before the course starts, 25% up to 60 days before, 10% within 7 days after the start date, 5% up to 14 days after, and none beyond 14 days, less a 3% administration charge. A 7-working-day cooling-off period applies from the date the contract is signed.
Zoom recordings are an optional paid add-on at S$54.50 and are not included in the course fee; one-on-one make-up classes are S$43.60 per hour.
